Cynthia Woods offers a heritage of success in San Francisco real estate sales. From her great-grand father to her mother, the sales and marketing of fine properties have been a common family interest.

Cynthia has been a San Francisco resident for over 35 years and a San Francisco real estate professional since 1980. She obtained her Real Estate Broker's License in 1983. Cynthia has been a top producer with TRI Coldwell Banker since 1987 and was awarded the TRI Founders award for enthusiasm, teamwork, and commitment to success in 1989.

Prior to her real estate career, Cynthia's varied background included roles at the San Francisco Chronicle, the Kennedy Galleries in New York City, and three years of school in Madrid, where she acquired fluency in Spanish. This diverse spectrum of experience brings an enriched perspective to her real estate transactions. Cynthia graduated from Sarah Dix Hamlin School, San Francisco and Bradford Junior College, Massachusetts.

With four generations of San Francisco knowledge in her family, Cynthia offers a keen outlook on the City's neighborhoods and real estate market. This asset, combined with her exacting attention to detail and fluency in technology leads to her highly informed real estate service. She represents buyers and sellers throughout the city, and specializes in the neighborhoods of Pacific Heights, Presidio Heights, Russian Hill, Cow Hollow, and the Marina.

Cynthia is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Only the top 5% of all realtors in the United States have the experience, th e unique commitment and the hours of advanced training necessary to call themselves a Certified Residential Specialist.

When not attending to her real estate business, Cynthia enjoys athletic endeavors including skiing, scuba diving, and tennis. She is a member of the California Tennis Club and the Orinda Country Club. She is a supporter of the arts, and a member of the Modern Art Council and contributor to the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art.

Cynthia lives in San Francisco with her husband, prominent tax attorney Myron Sugarman.
